**Aura CEO**
After studying Communications and Marketing, Antony worked in Advertising Agencies for many years as a Strategic Planner and later running his own agency. He noticed opportunities in the marketplace around a lack in tech-focussed content distribution platforms for immersive experiences and sought out to create one. Many years later, and with the help of some very talented people, Antony has led the creation of Aura and has begun commercialising it during COVID with success.

Brendon Hill

Chief Operations Officer
Brendon has experience leading a 1,000+ employee media business and has M&A experience in both purchasing and selling large assets. He has a passion for creating a strong strategy/culture and implementing transformational change that drives growth and creates opportunities for all employees. He has a BCA (Accounting and Commercial Law), a BA (History), is CIMA qualified, and has completed the IOD course.
Brendon has always thought media delivery platforms should be more personalised, intuitive, and engaging. And he’s found his home at Aura, making this a reality for any industry or company that has content, data, and community.
Lachlan Jones

Chief Commercial Officer
Lachlan is an advertising and media agency career executive of 25 yrs, the final third of which involved him running a boutique Omnicom media agency. Highlights of that tenure were driving an increase in revenue through those 8 years as Managing Director whilst building a people-focussed culture to anchor that growth. Lachlan 'drove' the longest agency supplier partnership with Mercedes-Benz globally.

Degree qualified, with continued management studies including Harvard Business School in Shanghai, Lachlan is a mountaineering philanthropist in his spare time, and has recently begun to nurture a serious passion for cutting-edge immersive technologies @ Aura.
Brad Williams

Chief Financial Officer
Brad is a Chartered Accountant with a wealth of experience in financial and executive management. Brad has vast experience performing financial statement audit and preparation of general-purpose financial statements in both the public and private sectors. In addition, Brad has significant experience in leading finance teams and is responsible for the management of Aura Labs’ finances.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Canberra, and Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Brad is also a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
